- What are your practice areas? For a complete listing of our practice areas, please see the Practice Areas page. The only areas we will not consider accepting new matters are criminal and family law.
- What is the best way to contact you? For matters during regular business hours, please call 206.228.2214. You also may contact us at sstolle@stollelawgroup.com, particularly if there is an urgent matter after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. We endeavor to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours regardless of weekends or holidays.
- What are your hours? Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time. We are closed on weekends and court holidays.
- How much will you charge to handle my case? Hourly rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and depend upon the type and complexity of the matter. We will accept strong plaintiff’s cases on a contingent or blended fee basis. And insurance companies may negotiate lower rates consistent with assignment of regular work. Finally, a flat fee may be negotiated for certain types of discrete matters.
- Do you accept credit cards? No, we do accept credit cards.
- Who would make up a representative list of your clients? We do not disclose client names for advertising purposes. As one of our valued clients, we expect you would appreciate being able to rely on that same level of discretion and respect for your privacy.
